USPS Service Approvals
SFG can also handle mail sorting at your own facility. Our team will access your production, safety and security needs, anywhere in the United States, to custom craft a plan that will save you time and transportation costs.

- Optional Procedure gets mail out of our facility fast. USPS trusts our stated weights because of our impeccable USPS audit history.
- DSMS allows large mailings to leave our facility while in production. Delivery begins before the job is complete and, upon completion, is stamped off.
- Co-Pal combines trays of smaller mailings for postal savings and quicker delivery.
- Expedited Standard Mail delivers to homes within 5 days. We apply standard postage and dropship trays via Priority Mail to the destination SCF.
- Lower postage costs with IM Barcodes applied to tray labels and pallet flags and enable tracking through USPS.

Wafer Sealing
To pass through postal processing equipment efficiently, folding mailers require wafer seal closures.
We can explain proper tabbing before you design and your piece will be more attractive, bar codes and address information will be unobstructed and postage costs will be significantly lower. We will affix and close one, two or three 1” to 1.5” wafer seal tabs to ensure your mailing piece complies with USPS regulations.
Our modular approach means wafer sealing and other mailing services and completed in tandem, producing your pieces more cost efficiently.

Ink Jetting
With our multiple Kodak/Scitex ink jet heads, we are able to adapt a personalization or customization solution for almost any piece, getting the attention of the recipient immediately.
SFG is the perfect production match for almost any mailing project. We can simplex or duplex inkjet a piece while folding, gluing, wafer sealing, labeling, perfing, scoring or slitting- from multiple to mail tray. Our modular, value-added to mail piece production looks in quality control in while providing quicker turns and lower pricing.

Envelopes (invitation, flat and lettersized) can be filled with up to 6 inserts of all sizes - and with a variety of sizes in one mailing.
